Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on o1estep.com with A B Electronics, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

1. Where we ship

We currently deliver within India only. For locations our courier partners do not serve, our team will contact you to arrange delivery or offer a refund.

2. Dispatch time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days of payment confirmation (or order confirmation for Cash on Delivery). Bulk and dealer orders may take longer; we will confirm the dispatch date with you.

3. Delivery time

Delivery normally takes 3–8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas can take longer.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier name and tracking number by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

6. Receiving your order

Please check that the packing is intact before accepting the delivery. If the box is visibly damaged, note it on the courier's delivery slip and send us photos within 7 days of delivery as described in our Refund & Warranty Policy.
