1. Products and selection
Product descriptions, specifications and images are provided as accurately as possible; colours and finishes may vary slightly. Choosing a stabilizer depends on your load and site voltage. 2. Prices and taxes
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Whether GST is included or added is shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed in your order applies to that order. If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

An order is confirmed when payment is received or, for Cash on Delivery, when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the delivery address cannot be served or we suspect fraud; any amount paid will be refunded. 4. Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and the warranty (transformer 3 years, other parts 2 years) are covered by our Refund & Warranty Policy.
